Manufacturing

We produce leather products to the customers requirement. We work from specification sheets and working drawings supplied by our customers. The main aim of our business is to keep British manufacturing alive.

All leather goods are produced by highly skilled craftsmen with many years of experience. We take pride in our work to deliver goods to the highest standard.

All devolvement and production is done in our London workshop where we have the latest machines. We are equipped to make high end ready-to-wear, soft accessories, handbags and small leather goods. Customers can view the progress at any stage whilst the product is being devolved by our team. We have a range of machines for many types of work, including; Durkopp flatbed walking foot, (suitable for shearling and leather), Zig zag, fur stitch, post bed, hydraulic cutting press, splitter, skiver, edge painting.

We work in partnership with a number of leather merchants to assist with raw materials purchases. We also carry stock leathers which can be used for sampling. In addition we have an in-house leather supplier.

We aim to build strong, long term business relationships with designers and labels.
